BAJA BUS
Our first time in ‘the Baja’ and we opted not to rent a car and instead ride the bus from San Jose del Cabo to La Paz. Awesome, extremely dry landscape with forests of massive cactus. I would have taken more photos but the dusty, scratched bus windows discouraged it—plus most of the time was spent bracing for curves and hills!

Weary, hot and dusty from the bus ride, was good to see a hotel across from bus depot. When checking in, the front desk area and stairway seemed normal in size, but the room was surprisingly NARROW!
